Hi, I’m Jamie. For over 25 years, I’ve dedicated my career to connecting people – engaging leaders and communities to create policies, programs, and systems that truly meet people’s needs.

I believe that people are the best experts on their own lives. From my early days in community organizing, I’ve focused on building genuine connections, listening to people’s stories, and ensuring their voices shape decisions that affect them.

My career has included leadership roles in nonprofits and local government, as well as leading and growing the facilitation and public involvement practice at PRR, a Seattle-based integrated communications firm. In 2018, I took a leap to launch my own practice focused on facilitation, community engagement, and equity – work that continues to energize and inspire me every day.

 

I hold a Master of Public Policy from Duke University and a BA in Political Science from UC San Diego.
